What happens after I make the payment?

We will schedule a kickoff meeting, and you will receive a Slack invitation to a private channel dedicated to your project. You will receive updates on the project every 24-48 hours until the project is completed.

Are there any refunds?

Due to the nature of our work, we do not provide refunds.

What if I am not satisfied with the result?

No worries. We will make revisions until you are.

What if the deadline exceeds 7 days?

The 7-day timeline depends on revisions and the amount of time you take to give feedback. If we exceed the 7 days timeline it's because of one of the above reasons. So, we keep working together until the project is completed.

How do we keep in touch throughout the project?

Throughout the project, we will share updates via Slack. During the onboarding process, you will get an invite to our Slack where you will have a dedicated channel for your project. We send frequent Loom updates and keep meetings to a minimum.

Can you build my website without a Webflow subscription?

Yes! While we highly recommend Webflow for its performance, we can develop your site outside of Webflow if you don’t have the budget for a Webflow subscription. You can also check our lovable offer
